Mechanism and Composition of Grievance Redressal System
The institution maintains a structured, responsive grievance redressal system for students, staff, and parents. Suggestion and feedback boxes are prominently placed at all college entrance gates and academic blocks.
Students and staff members can submit grievances directly to the Grievance Redressal (GR) Cell via formal letter, oral representation, or through our institutional portal. Every request is reviewed promptly with utmost objectivity and confidentiality.
All submitted matters receive prompt inquiry, and appropriate corrective actions are implemented and communicated to concerned parties without delay. Matters concerning female students and staff members are addressed by the Internal Compliance Committee (ICC / Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell) following statutory guidelines.
