Excess Fee Monitoring Committee
In accordance with the directives of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, and the regulations of Bharathidasan University, E.G.S. Pillay Arts and Science College (Autonomous) strictly adheres to the approved tuition fee structure. The Excess Fee Committee ensures full transparency and monitors compliance.
Official Notification / Circular
Students and parents are hereby notified that the college collects only government/university approved tuition, laboratory, and examination fees. No capitation fee, donation, or excess collection is permitted under any circumstances.

Fee Redressal Procedure
If any student or parent has any query, clarification, or grievance regarding fee payment or fee concession policies:
- Submit a written representation or online grievance to the Committee Chairman / Principal.
- Official receipts are issued for every rupee remitted to the college account.
- All complaints received will be addressed and redressed within 7 working days.
