It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Physics. Our department is committed to delivering quality education in classical and modern physics, mechanics, optics, electricity and magnetism, electronics, and contemporary scientific concepts, encouraging students to explore the fundamental principles that govern the universe.

We emphasize experiential and student-centric learning through laboratory experiments, demonstrations, scientific projects, mathematical modelling, seminars, and research-oriented activities. These approaches help students connect theoretical principles with observable phenomena while nurturing scientific curiosity, quantitative reasoning, experimental skills, and critical thinking. Our aim is to prepare capable graduates for opportunities in education, scientific research, electronics, instrumentation, technology-related industries, and higher education.
